Story: This fitness blog started out a little after I gave birth to my son, I felt insecure about my body and wanted to gain my pre-pregnancy body back.
This community helped so much in keeping me motivated and strong and I lost a lot of weight by working out and eating clean, that is until I started working and due to lack of time started eating out a lot. I was eating unhealthy almost everyday and gained almost 20 pounds!
Now I am back and ready to continue my healthy journey. I will post my progress here as well as meal inspiration.
